BTCC Exchange has announced a new initiative for the upcoming Legends Golf Day hosted by the Red Eagle Foundation. In a first for the foundation, a Bitcoin donation mechanism will be implemented, allowing more cryptocurrency holders to participate in charity and give back to society. The event will take place on April 24, 2025, at The Shire Golf Club in London, with all proceeds going to support children across the UK who are physically and mentally disabled, disadvantaged, or suffering from serious illnesses.
This grand event will gather sports legends, including former Tottenham star and ex-England national team manager Glenn Hoddle, Manchester United icon Teddy Sheringham, and golf talent Lucy Robson. The event will feature a variety of activities, including a golf tournament, a live comedy show hosted by renowned comedian Jed Stone, a charity auction, and a Q&A session with Glenn Hoddle, moderated by sports commentator Scott Minto.
A Bitcoin donation QR code will be set up on-site, allowing participants to scan and donate directly, supporting the foundation’s charitable projects to help children in need improve their lives.
