China and the United States Engage in Tariff Negotiations

“Concession cannot bring peace, and compromise cannot win respect. Upholding principles and fairness and justice is the correct way to safeguard one’s own interests.”
In addition, China will adhere to openness and multilateralism, insisting on a multilateral trading system centered on the World Trade Organization (WTO), and will share development opportunities with all countries.
