Project Overview

IDO Subscription Period:

Asset Snapshot Period*:
January 9, 2024, 10:00 UTC – January 12, 2024, 10:00 UTC
IDO Draw:
January 12, 2024, 10:00 UTC The smart contract will randomly select 150 lucky users who have subscribed to the IDO.
Lottery and Redemption:
January 12, 2024, 10:00 UTC – January 13, 2024, 10:00 UTC During this period, participants can confirm if they have won the lottery. After the lottery is confirmed and the user receives the winning ticket, they can redeem tokens equivalent to 200 USDC.
Token Listing:
APP/USDT will be listed on the Bybit spot platform on January 12, 2024, 10:00 UTC.
* Note:
– Users must have a Bybit Wallet and a wallet balance of at least 300 USDC (on Ethereum chain) to participate in the IDO. Failure to meet this requirement during the asset snapshot period will result in disqualification.
– During the snapshot period, there will be 3 snapshots taken daily.

Terms and Conditions
Participants must have a Bybit Wallet and a wallet balance of at least 300 USDC (on Ethereum chain) to participate in the IDO. Failure to meet this requirement during the asset snapshot period will result in disqualification.
Asset snapshot period is from January 9, 2024, 10:00 UTC, to January 12, 2024, 10:00 UTC, with 3 snapshots taken daily during this period.
Participants can participate directly without completing Level 1 KYC verification.
Sub-accounts are not eligible for IDO participation.
To ensure the best Web3 experience on the Bybit App, please upgrade the app to version 4.9.0 or higher.
Participants need to pay blockchain mining fees to redeem their allocated IDO tokens. The specific fees will vary depending on the network conditions. If there is insufficient funds, the redemption will fail.
