Renzo, in the latest seed round financing led by Maven11 Capital, raised $3.2 million with a valuation of $25 million. Other investors include Figment Capital, SevenX Ventures, IOSG Ventures, etc. According to Lucas Kozinski, the founder and contributor of Renzo, this financing is a hybrid form of equity and token rights, with a ratio of 1:1. This means that the amount invested by investors will simultaneously receive equivalent company equity and future token rights.
