In the latest seed financing round led by Maven11 Capital, Renzo raised $3.2 million at a valuation of $25 million. Other investors included Figment Capital, SevenX Ventures, and IOSG Ventures. According to Lucas Kozinski, a founding contributor of Renzo, this funding round is a hybrid form of equity and token rights, with a 1:1 ratio. This means that investors will receive an equivalent amount of company equity and future exchangeable token rights for their investment.
