Reserve Proof
Reserve proof is a way to verify the assets held by an exchange through cryptographic proof, checking the ownership of public wallets, and conducting repetitive audits. The custodian provides transparency proof on-chain to demonstrate the real existence of reserves, showing the total amount of tokens held by the platform that can be freely disposed of, which is greater than or equal to the total token assets of all users. If the verified total ratio is greater than or equal to 100%, it can prove that all user assets are fully protected by the platform.
