Espresso Systems, a blockchain infrastructure company, announced on Wednesday (7th) its collaboration with the Rollup-as-a-Service platform AltLayer to deploy the Arbitrum Orbit chain “Kyoto” integrated with Espresso’s fourth testnet, Gibraltar.
According to Espresso, Kyoto is a Rollup testnet integrated with Espresso’s Sequencer, allowing users and developers to test the network and experience the fast pre-confirmation provided by the Sequencer. Users who wish to submit test transactions can add the testnet to their wallets based on the information provided on the Kyoto webpage and cross-chain test Ether to Kyoto. Developers can also deploy smart contracts on Kyoto.
