Gracy Chen, the Managing Director of Bitget, was selected as a representative to participate in the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68), an important conference of the United Nations on gender equality and women’s empowerment. This event took place from March 11th to March 22nd, with the theme “Addressing poverty from a gender perspective and strengthening institutions and financing to accelerate gender equality and enhance the rights of all women and girls.”

Gracy Chen actively participated in discussions on important topics such as empowering youth and women with the power of artificial intelligence, technology, and social media in achieving a sustainable future. These meetings aim to promote inclusivity in culture, society, and economy, emphasizing the elimination of racism, increasing awareness through innovative technology-driven strategies, exploring cultural diversity, and highlighting the role of international cooperation in community communication.

The 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women provided a platform for governments, civil society organizations, experts, and activists from various countries to come together and reach a consensus on actions and investments to eliminate women’s poverty and promote gender equality. The solutions discussed at the conference include policies and programs to invest in addressing gender inequality, enhancing women’s leadership, and reducing gender gaps in employment.
