Binance Exchange has disclosed the list of its first appointed board members on its official website. According to the information on the website, the board consists of seven members. In addition to Binance CEO Richard Teng and three other internal executives – Heina Chen, Jinkai He, and Lilai Wang, it also includes three external members, Gabriel Abed, Arnaud Ventura, and Xin Wang.
It is reported that Gabriel Abed was previously the ambassador of Barbados to the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, but he resigned from his ambassadorial position two months ago. Arnaud Ventura, on the other hand, is an entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including PlaNet Finance. Xin Wang is the CEO of blank check company Bayview Acquisition Corp., providing advisory services for financial institution mergers and acquisitions.
