In response to the previous report on Zombit, Legislator Wang Hongwei questioned Deputy Minister of Justice Hsu Sishiang at the Finance Committee, stating that Binance has been singled out by local regulatory agencies in the United States, Canada, and India for violating anti-money laundering regulations. International penalties are ongoing, but the Taiwan Ministry of Justice has chosen to cooperate with Binance, which has committed money laundering crimes, to teach Taiwan law enforcement agencies how to prevent money laundering. Wang Hongwei criticized this behavior as helping the exchange launder its money.
