According to Token Unlocks data, approximately $187 million worth of cryptocurrencies will be unlocked in the next seven days, involving several cryptocurrency projects including Altlayer, Optimism, Ethena, and Sui.
The projects that will be unlocked in the next two days are Acala ($ACA) on the Polkadot parallel chain, Altlayer ($ALT) on the Rollup immediate service protocol, Pendle Finance ($PENDLE) on the LSD yield aggregation protocol, and 1inch ($1INCH) on the trading aggregation protocol.
Altlayer will unlock approximately 105 million ALT tokens on Tuesday (25th) in Taiwan time, valued at nearly $19.88 million based on the current price, accounting for 6.92% of the circulating supply. Altlayer still has 8.48 billion ALT tokens in a locked state, accounting for nearly 85% of the total supply.
Optimism, the Layer 2 network for Ethereum, will unlock approximately 31.34 million DYDX tokens on Sunday, worth nearly $56.1 million, accounting for 2.88% of the circulating supply. Optimism still has 2.23 billion OP tokens in a TBD (to be determined) locked state, accounting for 51.97% of the total supply.
Ethena, the decentralized stablecoin protocol, will unlock approximately 14.89 million ENA tokens on Sunday, worth nearly $8.96 million, accounting for 0.87% of the circulating supply. The tokens of Ethena in locked, TBD locked, and unlocked states account for 56.39%, 35.26%, and 8.35% of the total supply, respectively.
Sui, the Layer 1 blockchain, will unlock approximately 64.19 million SUI tokens on Monday, worth about $57.15 million, accounting for 2.65% of the circulating supply. The tokens of Sui in locked, TBD locked, and unlocked states account for 23.58%, 52.17%, and 24.25% of the total supply, respectively.
