Global cryptocurrency exchange platform CoinEx announced on June 24, 2024, at 15:00 (UTC+8) that it has updated its asset reserve ratio, fulfilling its commitment to enhance transparency, security, and trustworthiness within the cryptocurrency community. CoinEx employs Merkle Tree as a data structure to encrypt user assets, allowing each user to verify if their assets are included in the Merkle Tree, thus ensuring the validity and security of asset reserves. According to the latest data released by CoinEx, the reserve ratio is 1:1, with a reserve rate of 113.31% for CET and reserve rates exceeding 100% for major assets such as USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH. This means that for every $1 USD asset deposited, CoinEx reserves at least an additional $1 USD to ensure sufficient funds to meet user withdrawal demands. Currently, CoinEx has reserves for CET, USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and DOGE. CoinEx prioritizes the safety of user assets and has maintained a 100% reserve ratio for seven consecutive years since 2017. This update reflects CoinEx’s determination to secure user funds and maintain a healthy investment environment.
